Quick-release wedge "CARSTOP" for securing the transported vehicle on trailers or car carriers equipped with perforated running plates. Robust universal design for punching various types and pitches. Suitable for Käsbohrer, Lohr and other perforated systems.

• The wedge is equipped with a spring-loaded mechanism that allows the wedge to be easily extended and inserted into holes with a spacing of 276 mm to 484 mm. The spring in the upper trap pulls the sides of the wedge together when the lower hooks are inserted into the perforation, thus locking the hooks in the perforation.
• The locking hooks are also adjustable in the longitudinal direction. The pitch can be adjusted continuously from 48-136 mm, over the outer edges of the hooks the range is 58-148 mm.
• The position of the hook can also be adjusted in height for an even tighter fit in punching with a lower or, on the contrary, a higher projection.
• Thanks to its versatility and wide range of adjustment options, it is an interesting alternative to the very popular CAR STOP wedges, which only allow clamping on one "Lohr" or two "Käsbohrer" types of perforation of the loading surface.

NOTE: Please note, the wedge is not suitable for punching "system VAPP".
