- Original cable guide KNOTT for height-adjustable drawbars and "Z" type drawbars.
- It is used to connect the ramp brake and brake rod in cases where the drawbar design does not allow direct connection of the brake rod to the ramp brake.
- Connecting the ramp brake to the brake rod via the cable leads to a higher load on the return springs of the wheel brakes due to friction in the cable. It is therefore always advisable to add a compression spring with a washer to the end of the brake rod to enhance the return effect during braking.
