The cuff clip is used to fix the front end of the cuff on the 35 mm diameter pull tube of the overrun brake AL-KO. The buckle is designed to secure the original AL-KO cuff from the inside, so it does not get in the way or is visible from the outside. This prevents the cuff from being pulled backwards out of the towing tube during operation.

Assembly procedure:

1. 1. Turn the cuff inside out.
   2. thread the pulling tube into position - it is advisable to degrease the pulling tube at the cuff fixation point
   3. on the reverse side of the cuff there is a groove for fixing the buckle - fix the buckle over the cuff to the pipe at this point
   4. fold the cuff over the clasp so that it is again face outwards
   5. lubricate the ramp brake using the two lubrication points on the ramp brake body
