• Steel safety cable for additional securing of an unbraked trailer with a maximum permissible weight of 750 kg.
• Helps limit consequential damage in the event of damage or failure of the main coupling.
• Easy installation with cable holder under the drawbar support bolts.
• The eye of the cable is simply threaded over the ball of the towing bracket before attaching the trailer.
• This cable is not capable of securing the trailer in the event of failure (falling off) of the car's detachable towing device. The cable is pulled over the ball, i.e. when the detachable part of the towing device - the ball - falls off, the cable has nothing to hold on to. For detachable hinges with a locking eye located outside the detachable part, it is advisable to use a safety catch with a carabiner, e.g. Order No. 100996, hooked into the eye outside the detachable part of the hinge.
