• The gas spring reservoir holds the handbrake lever in the raised (braked) position
• Gas spring reservoir KNOTT GF for handbrake lever of overrun brakes KNOTT up to 2700 kg (KF 13, KF 20 or KF 27)
• In the event that the trailer is moved backwards with the handbrake applied and the reversing automatic is activated, the gas spring reservoir will pull the handbrake lever to a position where it overcomes the release of the brakes by the reversing automatic and the trailer is safely braked again
• A functioning gas spring reservoir together with a correctly adjusted brake system ensures that the trailer can be safely braked with the handbrake, even on slopes where the reversing automatic could be activated unintentionally
