High-quality towing hitch KNOTT K 7.5-H is a drawbar coupling for unbraked trailers with a maximum technically permissible/authorised weight of 750 kg.

• The ball coupling is equipped with a correct connection indicator and a wear indicator for the ball coupling and friction segments.

The coupling does not need to be adjusted during its service life; its mechanism corrects the wear of the contact surfaces of the coupling and the ball coupling device; if excessive wear occurs, this condition is indicated by a side indicator whose mark points to a red field with a cross, there is a risk of the assembly disconnecting and the coupling must be replaced.

If the indicator mark points to the red field with a minus sign, the coupling is not correctly closed on the towing device. If it points to the green field, everything is connected correctly and the ball joint is not excessively worn.

The control handle is secured with a squeeze lock and is equipped with a hole for a lock Winterhoff DBS 8/AL-KO AK 7. The coupling can be locked when closed on the towing device or when disconnected, in which case we recommend supplementing the lock with an AL-KO Safety ball security insert. Lock is not included in the package.

Warning: Regular lubrication and cleaning will significantly extend the life of the towball coupling.
