VGB 18 axle with self-aligning wheel units KNOTT 250x40 ANS. The axles were, among other things, mounted on Hobby caravans.

The axle is delivered without cable ducts and wheel bolts. You will find suitable cable guides and wheel bolts in the related products below. Select wheel bolts according to the bolt seating area specification of your wheels. Using a wheel bolt with an inappropriate seating surface may cause the bolt to loosen during driving. Always use new wheel bolts for a new axle. Do not lubricate the wheel bolts with oil or other lubricating grease.

Recommended cable length for a single-axle trailer:

2 pcs length of bovden 1030 mm

Recommended lengths of cable ducts for a two-axle trailer:

front axle: 1 pc length of bovden 1030 mm, 1 pc length of bovden 1130 mm

rear axle: 2 pcs. length of bovden 1630 mm

Lanyards with a quick-fit end (so called lens) cannot be used in combination with the old type of rocker arms without a side grommet for inserting the quick-fit rope. For these older types of rocker arms, which have only a hole without a side section for mounting the ropes, it is necessary to use rope cables with M8 thread.
