The listed price of the side panel is per running meter.

The side panel profile can be cut to the required length. Each started 500 mm section is charged. Please specify the exact required length in the order note.

Construction and Use

The trailer side panel profile is made from a special aluminium alloy. The surface is treated by anodizing, which increases corrosion resistance and protects the material against mechanical damage.

The middle section of the profile is designed for easy installation of tarp hooks or brackets. In the lower part of the side panel there is a groove for inserting a mounting insert for hinge installation.

The 15 mm lower overlap covers the gap between the edge of the loading platform and the edge of the trailer side panel when closed.

Important Ordering Information

The side panel is supplied as a separate profile only. If you need, for example, a complete rear gate including locks or hinges, these parts must be ordered separately – see related products.

The displayed stock quantity represents the total length of pieces of different sizes currently in stock. Therefore, it is not guaranteed that the requested length can always be prepared.

For example, the indication “6 m in stock” may consist of several shorter pieces.

We therefore recommend verifying the availability of the required length before placing the order.

Example of Ordering an Opening Side Panel

Minimum distance between side panel posts: 2495 mm.

Used locks: EUR 10 (part numbers 110403 and 110404).

Recommended side panel profile length: 2400 mm. With EUR 10 locks installed, the clear width of the assembled side panel between the posts will be approximately 2490 mm. This includes a clearance of about 2.5 mm on each side to allow easy opening.

Ordering procedure:

• order a 2.5 m side panel profile and specify the required length 2400 mm in the order note
• order the required number of hinges (part number 110271), we recommend using 2–3 pieces
• order left and right EUR 10 locks

Shipping and Delivery

The maximum shipping length by courier service is 3 m.

Longer profiles are available only for personal pickup. The maximum supplied length of the side panel in one piece is 6 m.
