The Debon C900 box trailer is the most comfortable closed car transporter for vehicles from the French brand Cheval Liberté, which produces the most sought-after trailers in Europe. The Debon C900 is currently the company's second largest production trailer . This is a covered car transporter intended especially for vehicles, but it can of course be used to transport anything, the imagination of the use is limitless. The largest possible width of transported cargo is 1780 mm, height 1800 mm .
Despite its size, the Debon C900 trailer offers perfect driving characteristics thanks to the Pullman 2 chassis . It differs from ordinary trailer axles primarily in that each wheel is independently suspended and the arm is equipped with a coil spring and at the same time a shock absorber . Thanks to this, the trailer behaves essentially like a car, and therefore also has an approved design speed of up to 140 km/h. It provides very quiet and stable driving characteristics .
The frame of the trailer is steel, hot-dip galvanized. The sides of the trailer are made of aluminum hollow interlocking panels with a thickness of 12 mm, which guarantee a low operating weight, a very long service life and, last but not least, a perfect design. The floor is all aluminum , non-slip perforated.
The front and roof parts are made of monobloc polyester (laminate) with a thickness of 8 mm. Compared to canvas trailers, perfect aerodynamics of the trailer , stiffness and protection of the load from dirt and weather are thus guaranteed.
As an importer for the Czech Republic officially accredited by the Ministry of Transport, we can reduce the basic total weight of the trailer from 3500 kg to 2700 kg.
Brake components are manufactured by KNOTT with good availability of spare parts. The Debon C900 trailer has a service door on the right and a double door on the left already included in the basic price of the trailer. Of course, there is also an automatic support wheel, wedges and interior lighting.
