The trailer frame is steel, but not hot-dip galvanized. The frame is coated with Magnelis® – a smart anti-corrosion protection that is up to twice as durable as classic hot-dip galvanizing, thanks to the unique chemical composition of zinc with 3.5% aluminum and 3% magnesium. The axles are from the German company KNOTT. All-aluminium design-friendly sidewalls provide easier handling and a perfect design for this highly versatile cargo trailer. The sides and posts are fully removable, so the trailer can easily be made into a flatbed. The floor of the loading area is made of high-quality waterproof, non-slip plywood, which is again designed for more extreme climatic conditions. Extendable support legs can be installed at the rear of the frame at an additional cost for safe loading of various machinery. There are integrated boxes in the floor, frame of the trailer for storing ramps, or ramp storage.
