Central self-locking nut for brake wheel unit hubs KNOTT with tapered roller bearings
It is necessary to follow the prescribed fitting procedure; tighten the nut while the wheel is turning until you feel resistance in the rotation of the wheel. If necessary, turn the nut back (max. 30°) and secure with the appropriate cotter pin. An incorrectly tightened or secured nut can result in damaged bearings or loose hubs!
The nut is not intended for hubs KNOTT equipped with double-row ball bearings or hubs from other manufacturers.
We strongly recommend that the installation be entrusted to a trained KNOTT service.
