Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract

Fill out the form: For fast and trouble-free processing, please fill out the Return Form
which serves to protect both your and our rights, but primarily to identify the returned goods. -
Attach proof of purchase: Include a copy of the tax document (invoice) and the completed form in the package.

Pack the goods: The goods should be complete and ideally in their original packaging.

14-day period: You must notify us of your withdrawal from the contract no later than the 14th day after receiving the shipment (e.g., by e-mail or an enclosed letter in the package). Please do not simply send the goods back without any communication or cooperation on your part.

Shipping costs: Costs associated with sending the goods back to us are paid by the buyer.

Non-acceptance of the shipment: Please note that simply not accepting the package from the carrier is not considered a withdrawal from the contract. The contract remains valid, and the seller incurs unnecessary shipping costs.

Refunds: We will refund your money no later than 14 days from the moment we receive your withdrawal from the contract. However, we may withhold payment until the goods are delivered back to us or you provide proof of shipment.

Condition of the goods: An e-shop is not a rental service. If the goods show signs of wear, damage, or are incomplete, we are legally entitled to compensation for the reduction in the value of the goods, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customized or made-to-measure according to the customer's wishes.

Removed from sealed packaging where this is not possible for hygienic or safety reasons (e.g., after the protective packaging has been broken).
