The additional manual hydraulic pump for older DEBON trailer models is designed for DEBON PW tipping trailers equipped with electric hydraulics. It enables manual operation of the hydraulic tipping system and provides a practical backup for the electric hydraulic system.

The manual pump can be used, for example, when the battery is flat or insufficiently charged, or whenever the electric hydraulic pump cannot be used. This allows the trailer body to be tipped hydraulically even without electrical power.

DEBON PW tipping trailers are factory-prepared with a mounting bracket for the additional manual hydraulic pump on the inner right-hand side of the drawbar, making it easy to retrofit the pump to an existing trailer.
