The additional DEBON manual hydraulic pump is designed for DEBON PW tipping trailers equipped with electric hydraulics. It allows manual operation of the hydraulic tipping system and provides a practical backup to the electric hydraulic system.
The manual pump can be used, for example, when the battery is discharged or insufficiently charged, or whenever the electric hydraulic pump cannot be used. This means that the trailer body can still be tipped without electrical power.
DEBON PW trailers are factory-prepared with a mounting bracket for the additional manual hydraulic pump, located on the inner right-hand side of the drawbar. This allows the manual pump to be easily retrofitted to an existing trailer.
