 A small compact winch, sufficient for ordinary passenger cars.

The winch is equipped with an automatic brake. During winding, the spool of the reel is secured against reverse rotation by an automatic latch. At the moment when you need to start lowering the load or just let it down a bit, simply start turning the handle in the opposite direction of winding and the latch is automatically disengaged without the need for manual unlocking. When the winding direction is changed again, the latch automatically engages again and blocks the coil against unwanted unwinding. Pulling the rope out of the winch is usually done while constantly turning the crank. However, after simple disassembly of the handle, the rope can be unwound without using the handle with a continuous pull. After unlocking the brake by moving the handle against the winding direction and then removing the handle, the rope can be slowly and smoothly pulled out of the winch to the required length, without the need to assist unwinding by turning the handle. The crank is mounted on the hexagon of the shaft and secured with two locking Allen screws. After loosening these screws, it can be easily removed.
