Transporting long materials

The Brian James crossbar rack for long materials expands the versatility of the Tipper tipping trailer when transporting items that extend beyond the length of the trailer bed.

It is particularly suitable for transporting ladders, pipes, profiles, battens, timber beams and other long materials. The load can be positioned above the front section of the load bed and appropriately secured for transport.

For standard trailer configuration

This version is designed for trailers without additional high sides. The design therefore uses tall vertical posts to position the crossbar above the level of the trailer's standard sides.

For trailers equipped with additional high Brian James sides, a separate lower version of the rack is available, designed to be mounted at the level of their upper edge.

Multiple racks can be used

Depending on the intended use, multiple crossbar racks can be installed on the trailer at the same time. For example, using a front and rear rack provides two support points for carrying long loads above the trailer bed.
