The second row of Brian James sides is a genuine accessory for Brian James Tipper tipping trailers with a 400 × 200 cm load bed. It provides an easy way to increase the capacity of the tipping body when transporting lightweight and bulky loads.

The additional row has a height of 308 mm and is installed above the trailer's standard steel sides, which are also 308 mm high. This increases the total side height from the original 308 mm to 616 mm.

Double the load volume

The second row of sides effectively doubles the theoretical load volume from approximately 2.46 m³ to 4.93 m³. It is particularly suitable for transporting branches, garden waste, timber, insulation materials, packaging materials and other lightweight or bulky loads.

The additional sides maintain the versatility of the Brian James Tipper trailer. When required, the second row can be removed and the trailer can be used again with the standard sides only.

Brian James Click & Clamp system

The additional row of sides uses the Brian James Click & Clamp system with self-adjusting locking posts and double side clamping. The system provides high rigidity for the entire assembly and reduces unwanted movement and rattling of the sides while driving.

The design also requires no cross braces across the load bed, so even with the raised sides, the tipping body remains fully accessible for loading bulky materials.
