Set of 2 Genuine KNOTT 990082 Shock Absorbers

Complete set of 2 genuine KNOTT 990082 shock absorbers for the PULLMAN / PULLMAN 2 independent wheel suspension used on Cheval Liberté and Debon trailers. The set is primarily intended for replacing both shock absorbers on one trailer axle at the same time.

Each shock absorber works with a coil spring and a separate suspension arm. In the PULLMAN system, the shock absorber is a structural part of the independent suspension, not a universal additional axle shock absorber.

Why replace shock absorbers in pairs?

The shock absorbers on the left and right sides of the same axle operate under similar conditions and usually have similar mileage and age. If one is significantly worn, we recommend checking the shock absorber on the other side as well.

Replacing both shock absorbers on an axle at the same time helps maintain even damping on the left and right sides of the trailer. The set of 2 is therefore a suitable choice when servicing one PULLMAN / PULLMAN 2 axle.
