Two independently opening rear doors

The Brian James twin rear doors replace the trailer's standard one-piece tailgate with two separate door leaves. Each door is hinged to an outer post and opens sideways.

This design provides convenient access to the rear of the load bed without having to lower the entire tailgate. The doors are useful when loading and unloading materials or when accessing cargo on the load bed.

Alternative to the standard 2-Way Tailgate

The Brian James Tipper is supplied as standard with a 2-Way Tailgate. The twin rear doors provide an alternative solution for customers who prefer conventional side-opening access to the rear of the trailer.

When ordering a new trailer, the twin rear doors can be selected as optional equipment in place of the standard tailgate. For retrofitting to an existing trailer, the doors are also available as a separate complete kit including the appropriate rear posts.

Five colour options

Like the standard side panels on Tipper trailers, the twin rear doors are available with a coloured strip in five options: yellow, black, red, blue or anthracite. This allows the doors to be colour-matched to the other side panels of the trailer.
