This ramp brake is designed for both top and bottom mounting on "V" shaped drawbar.
The brake is supplied complete including a tow ball coupling KNOTT K27-A and a safety cable.
Type KF 27 Ausf. B replaces the previously produced KF 27 Ausf. AND. On trailers VAPP, type KF 27 A can be replaced with type B without modification. With trailers from other manufacturers, it may be necessary to shim or adjust the drawbar by about 10 mm when mounting type B.
